Pam grew up surrounded by orange groves and agriculture. Her family business in the Citrus industry gave Pam a strong work ethic as well as a first-hand understanding of this historic element of the Sunshine State’s identity and economy. A resident of the Bradenton area for over 30 years, Pam’s passion for the community shines through from the moment you meet her. She also loves horses and rode competitively for many years so she understands what it takes to own horses, whether you want a show barn or something more casual. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida Southern College, giving her a creative edge that complements the sales side perfectly. While raising her two boys, Pam has been actively involved in the local community. She is currently on the board of the Cotillion Club of Manatee County where she served on the Executive board for two years. Pam has chaired the Snooty Gala at the South Florida Museum, is involved with the Manatee River Pram Fleet where she has served as their Executive Director and has been involved in the building of the new Bishop Sailing Center. Married to Bill for twenty years, Pam’s life is enriched by her children, Braxton and Beck, her family and friends. She has spent many hours on the beautiful waters of the Manatee River and the area’s beaches. She loves to boat with her family and knows the Gulf Coast waters well.
Jinny’s dedication to her customers and high level of professionalism is based in her years of experience in the legal and business management fields. Practicing law for eight years in estate planning and taxation taught her the importance of discretion, diligence and attention to detail, skills that make Jinny an exceptional real estate associate. She then took time away from work to focus on family and become a stay-at-home mom while also managing her husband’s tomato brokerage business for the last twenty years. Working hard on behalf of her buyers and sellers, she takes great pride in seeing aspirations become realities. Jinny is a graduate of the University of Florida where she also earned her Juris Doctor and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM). She currently resides in Palmetto with her husband, David, and their son, Sam, who is in the AP Plus Program at Manatee High School. Outside of her professional life, Jinny enjoys riding horses, fishing, snorkeling, hiking, bicycling, and reading. ...less.
